Get Some Coaching!

There are many reasons why someone could benefit from coaching. Maybe they are planning a new chapter in their career. Maybe they want help on the dating scene. Maybe they want to work on personal development. To help with all of these problems and more, coaching can help you to find the solutions you need.

With qualification in the 'Go MAD' coaching technique, Jack doesn't just give people advice, in fact, that's the opposite of what a coach is meant to do. Instead, coaching is all about asking the high quality questions you need to sharpen your decision-making process, explore possibilities you haven't yet thought about, and tackle any hindering thoughts that are preventing you from moving forwards.

Key benefits of coaching include the following:

  1. Turning your ambitions into clear, SMART goals, with all supporting steps.
  2. Breaking down overwhelmingly complex challenges into smaller chunks that feel manageable.
  3. Transforming how you feel about your situation and giving you a sense of what 'good' looks like.
  4. Helping you to articulate and act on a vision you struggle to put into words.

It is also advisable that you know your Type in Socionics, so that Jack can tailor his approach to your specific needs, and help you work on plans that align to your pathway of growth.

FAQs

What is the coaching process?

  • The coaching process takes place across any number of 90 minute sessions. No coaching process is exactly the same, but typically the process will include the following: 1) articulating an ambition and confirming its importance, 2) generating possibilities, 3) refining those possibilities into a hierarchical set of SMART goals.

Are there follow ups?

  • Normally we would look to book a follow up after the first coaching session. This is to check progress on your goals, and help you make any adjustments as your plans start to work, or not work so well, in reality. However, the need for follow up sessions will depend on the person's needs and some may only need one coaching session.

How do I pay?

  1. Payment is taken over Stripe when you book the session on Calendly. It is easy to use, however, if this is not an option, please email worldsocionics@hotmail.com.

Are coaching sessions done in public?

  • Given how personal a coaching session tends to be, it is not something I would recommend for public viewing. It also demands a great deal of focus on the part of the coach and the client, so is not appropriate to be conducted live. However, I do if you would a recording of your coaching session to be made public later, that can be done.

Does there need to be a recording at all?

  • It is recommended but not mandatory that a recording is kept of the coaching session. If you don't want a recording at all, that request will be fully respected.

Should I get typed before the coaching session?

  • It is strongly recommended that you get typed in Socionics before you book a coaching session. This gives the coach insights into your personality that can help provide a loose direction, and ensure the outcomes of the session are most suitable to your needs. It is, of course, not mandatory for you to know your Socionics type beforehand.

Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

  • Please bring a notepad and a pen, or be ready to take notes on your computer, as the coaching session will help you to create a real, written output to work on.
