The Vulnerable Function
The 4th function of Model A is the Vulnerable function, also known as the 'Point of Least Resistance'. It is the blind spot in the person's psyche, the part that is suppressed by the individual and perceived as alien to them. It does not even notice, let alone adapt to external expectations, setting up the person for failure.
